1. Account and Free Preview

Free Preview includes 1 job and an output preview up to 30 seconds. The full result stays locked unless you buy a Pack or Pro before the displayed deadline. Free Preview has no payment method, billing, or renewal.

Access is email-based; secure your email and browser and report unauthorized use. We may restrict access for fraud, infringement, attempts to evade job limits, attacks, or threats. This does not limit remedies for undelivered purchases.

2. Purchases, Delivery, and Refunds

A Pack is a one-time $5.99 USD purchase plus tax for 5 jobs with full downloads. Credits do not expire; unused Pack credits remain available if Pro ends. It unlocks an available Free Preview result without using a credit.

Pro is $9.99 USD/month, or $13.80 CAD/month where offered in Canada, plus tax. Pro includes unlimited processing jobs and full downloads and renews monthly until canceled.

A credit is consumed when processing starts. A verified Music Demixer service failure that prevents valid delivery gets a rerun without another credit or restoration of the affected credit. Audio artifacts, transcription errors, wrong inputs or workflows, and dissatisfaction with valid files are not service failures.

Pack purchases, unused Pack credits, consumed jobs, and paid Pro periods are not refunded for partial use, change of mind, or output quality. We correct duplicate, incorrect, or post-cancellation charges and unresolved paid-access failures. Mandatory consumer rights apply. See the Refund Policy.

3. Uploaded Audio and Usage Rights

You retain your rights in audio you upload. Music Demixer claims no ownership of generated results. Result rights depend on applicable law and input rights. You grant us limited, non-exclusive, temporary permission to host and process files solely to perform the job you requested and deliver its results to you.

We do not use files or results for AI training or internal testing. A Free Preview result is retained until its expiry; other job files are kept only as long as needed for delivery.

Upload only audio you are authorized to use. Commercial use of outputs is permitted only when you have the necessary rights to the input audio.

4. Pro Cancellation and Billing Help

Cancel Pro through Manage Account > Manage Pro subscription > Cancel subscription. Renewal stops after the paid period; Pro remains active through the displayed date. Free Preview and Packs do not renew.

For billing, delivery, or unrecognized charges, email contact@musicdemixer.com with account email, receipt date, and job ID. When practical, contact us before a chargeback or payment dispute; your bank and consumer rights remain.

5. Service, Privacy, and Law

Availability, processing time, and output quality can vary. We and our licensors retain rights in the service, software, and branding. Do not resell access, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, probe protected systems, or bypass limits.

Payments, hosting, and security involve third parties. See our Privacy Policy; we never sell personal data. Quebec and Canadian law govern unless mandatory local law applies.

By starting Free Preview, buying a Pack, or subscribing to Pro, you accept these Terms and the checkout price and limits. Billing begins only after purchase.
