Contact Support

Use Ask Music Demixer for product or troubleshooting questions.

For account-specific processing, billing, cancellation, refund, or security, email contact@musicdemixer.com. For privacy requests, email the Privacy Officer.

Include your account email, shown job ID, failed step, and exact error. Do not email full card or bank numbers, security codes, login links or tokens, or audio files.

Technical Issues

Before reloading, save the exact error and job ID if shown. Then:

  • Update your browser and check your connection
  • Close memory-intensive tabs, then reload
  • Try a private window or disable extensions

For repeated failures or a credit deducted without valid files, stop and email support.

Cancel Pro

  1. Open Manage Account.
  2. Select Manage Pro subscription.
  3. Select Cancel subscription, review the paid-through date, and confirm.

Cancellation is scheduled when the management page shows Cancellation scheduled. Renewal stops after the paid period; Pro remains through the displayed date. Select Keep Pro before that date to restore renewal. If subscription management is unavailable, email from your account address before renewal. Preview and packs do not renew.

Plans and Billing

Free Preview: 1 job, no card, downloadable outputs up to 30 seconds. The full result stays locked until the displayed deadline; Pack or Pro unlocks it while available.

5-job pack: $5.99 USD plus tax for 5 full-download jobs. Credits do not expire; one is used when processing starts.

Pro: $9.99 USD/month, or $13.80 CAD/month where offered, plus tax; unlimited jobs and monthly renewal until canceled.

Use Manage Account > Manage Pro subscription for Pro payment, billing address, invoices, or cancellation. Account email changes and refunds require support.

Failed Jobs and Refunds

A verified failure before valid delivery gets a rerun or restored credit. Dissatisfaction after valid delivery is an output-quality issue, not a service failure.

See the Refund Policy for final-sale rules, billing corrections, refunds, and mandatory consumer rights.

Unfamiliar or Unauthorized Charges

For an unfamiliar charge, email your receipt or charge date and amount before a dispute when practical. If your card or account may be compromised, contact your bank or payment provider immediately. Disclose an open dispute to prevent duplicate reimbursement. Contacting us does not limit bank, payment-provider, or consumer-authority rights.
