Music Demixer is operated by Technologies Tonal Mesh, inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. What We Collect and Why

We collect information you provide, such as email, messages, billing details, and audio; account and transaction records; and usage data such as jobs, page visits, referrals, device or browser details, IP address, identifiers, and logs.

We use it to operate, secure, support, improve, and market Music Demixer; process jobs and payments; manage accounts and communications; prevent abuse; and meet legal or accounting obligations. Our payment processor handles full card numbers; we do not store them. Marketing email requires separate opt-in.

2. Files and Retention

Uploaded audio and results are used only for the job you request. A complete Free Preview result is retained only until the expiry shown in your account; other job files are kept only as long as needed.

We do not use uploaded audio or generated results to train AI models or for internal testing, and we do not send their contents to analytics or advertising services.

We keep account, transaction, support, security, tax, accounting, and dispute records as reasonably needed or required by law. Other information is deleted or anonymized when no longer required.

3. When We Share Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose what is reasonably needed to providers supporting payments, processing and delivery, communications, security, analytics, and marketing.

Analytics and advertising services may receive identifiers, IP address, device or browser details, page visits, referrals, campaign information, and product activity. They do not receive uploaded audio, generated result contents, or full card details from us. Payment and account-recovery pages do not use advertising services. Subscription management uses limited event-only analytics. Automatic pageviews, autocapture, persistent analytics storage, and session replay are disabled.

We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect users or the service, investigate fraud or security, defend claims, or complete a corporate transaction. Information may be processed outside Quebec or Canada and be subject to another jurisdiction’s laws.

4. Security, Cookies, and Your Choices

We use HTTPS and reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

We use cookies and browser storage for login, preferences, consent, security, analytics, and campaign measurement. You can limit them in your browser, but blocking required storage may prevent the service from working.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability, withdraw consent, or file a complaint. We may verify your identity and retain necessary records. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link; essential service messages do not.

5. Children and Policy Changes

If you are under 14, do not create an account or provide personal information without consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Updates will include a new date and any notice required by law.
